Cancellation Policy

Clear cancellation procedures designed to keep travelers informed and protected.

Introduction

At Fareandclick, we understand that travel plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how booking cancellations are handled, what charges may apply, and how refund eligibility is determined for reservations made through our platform.

By confirming a booking with Fareandclick, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation terms outlined below, as well as the individual policies of airlines and travel service providers.

How to Cancel a Booking

  1. Contact our customer support team at info@fareandclick.com or by phone at +1-(855) 810-7075.
  2. Provide your booking reference number, passenger name, and itinerary details.
  3. Our team will review the applicable airline or supplier rules and inform you of available cancellation or change options.
  4. Once you approve the cancellation, a confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Airline & Supplier Policies

All cancellations are governed by the fare rules set by the airline, hotel, or travel supplier. These rules determine whether a booking is refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable.

Some discounted or promotional fares may not allow cancellations after ticket issuance. In such cases, travel credits or rebooking options may be offered at the supplier’s discretion.

Cancellation Fees & Charges

Fareandclick may charge a service fee for processing cancellations, in addition to any airline or supplier penalties. All applicable fees are disclosed before final confirmation.

  • Domestic Bookings: Service fees may apply per passenger.
  • International Bookings: Higher service fees may apply depending on itinerary complexity.
  • Airline no-show or last-minute cancellation penalties may be charged separately.

Time-Based Cancellation Rules

Cancellation eligibility and refund amounts depend on when the request is made relative to the departure date.

  • Within 24 hours of booking: Some airlines allow penalty-free cancellations for tickets booked at least 7 days before departure.
  • After 24 hours: Standard airline and supplier cancellation rules apply.
  • After departure or no-show: Refunds are usually not available.

Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable Scenarios

Certain bookings may be non-cancellable or non-refundable due to supplier restrictions, including:

  • Promotional or discounted fares
  • Group or bulk travel reservations
  • Partially used or expired tickets
  • Multi-supplier itineraries with restrictive fare rules

Cancellations Due to External Events

In cases involving weather disruptions, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control, cancellation and refund decisions are determined by the airline or supplier. Fareandclick will assist with available options where possible.

Refunds After Cancellation

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed only after airline or supplier approval. Approved refunds are credited to the original form of payment within standard processing timelines.

Refunds may exclude service fees or payment processing charges. Fareandclick does not delay approved refunds intentionally.

Legal & Compliance Notice

Fareandclick operates in compliance with applicable consumer protection regulations and airline policies. Our cancellation practices follow transparency standards required by advertising and booking platforms.
